Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will be reuniting on the big screen for Kate Perry's upcoming Part of Me movie, according to a report on Sugarscape.com.

The couple was spotted having a cigarette break backstage of the set for Kate Perry's film, which spurred rumors that they would be featured in it.

In an interview with Gather Celebs, an insider said: It was just organic and they were all aware the cameras were going to be there. So they were comfortable when it happened.

While the Twilight stars seem comfortable onscreen together, it is highly unlikely that they would accept to appear in a film as themselves. From the start of their relationship they have remained extremely private, barely revealing any details of their personal life.

According to E! Online, the most likely reason that the couple were spotted backstage is that Pattinson has a mutual friend with Perry.

Perry's 3D documentary style film is set to be released this summer. You're going to see exactly what I mean and feel and think about everything, she told MTV News. But don't expect to see any cheesy, quintessential 3D graphics.

There is another interactive component to Perry's film. Twitter and Paramount pictures have come together to give Perry's Twitter fans a chance to play a role in the final cut of her film. She told MTV News that her fans should expect to see things from a best friend/ buddy perspective.

Perry may not be on tour right now but she has some side projects in addition to her film. She is featured in the new Sims video game The Sims 3: Showtime, and also recently released her new album, Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection.
