R&B crooner Robin Thicke got more than he bargained for on Monday night when he teamed up with VH1 for a question and answer session on Twitter. Thicke’s personal life has become tabloid fodder after his separation from actress Paula Patton reportedly over his cheating ways. Since then, he has been on a mission to win her back, even naming his latest album “Paula.”

"We will always love each other and be best friends; however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time," the couple told People magazine in February. In recent months, Thicke has been photographed in compromising positions with several women at nightclubs. Patton, 38, and Thicke, 37, married in 2005 and welcomed a son five years later.

VH1 asked fans to submit questions to Thicke using the hashtag #AskThicke. But the session didn't go as planned -- some fans accused Thicke of being a misogynist and a cheater, citing his hit song “Blurred Lines.” Check out the funniest tweets below:
