Metta World Peace, formerly known as Ron Artest, is almost certain to get suspended after elbowing the Thunder's James Harden in the head. Harden suffered a concussion, and may not play in Oklahoma City's remaining two games.

The over/under for World Peace's suspension length has been set at 7.5 games by the online sportsbook Bovada.

If Bovada is correct, there's a chance World Peace won't play another game this season. Even if the under is correct and he is suspended for seven games, the Lakers would have to make it to the second round, or play a seven-game series in order for the World Peace to be eligible for the playoffs. Los Angeles has just one game left on the regular season schedule.

World Peace is no stranger to long suspensions. He missed 73 regular season games and 13 playoff games in the 2004-2005 NBA Season after running into the stands to attack a fan.

While most people feel World Peace should be forced to miss several games, the Lakers forward still claims the elbow was an accident.

World Peace took to twitter after the game to express his regret about what happened.

I just watched the replay again..... Oooo.. My celebration of the dunk really was too much... Didn't even see James ..... Omg... Looks bad, he tweeted. Hope James Hardin is ok... I remember when I hit by Marc Gasol the same way.. I was spitting up blood and a headache during the game.

Despite his claims that he didn't mean to injure Harden, World Peace is likely to be suspended in the coming days.
