Sandra Bullock surprised Ryan Reynolds at the "The Change-Up" premier in Hollywood. Bullock has publicly stated that she and Reynolds are nothing but friends, but at the premier the two looked like there was more to read between the lines.

Bullock, 47, starred alongside Reynolds, 34, in "The Proposal," and although she is not in "The Change-Up," the stunning star surprised Reynolds, eliciting an excited response from the actor.

When Bullock arrived on the red carpet, Reynolds left his interview to run to Bullock. He hugged her and give her a friendly kiss on the cheek. Bullock then skipped the press and headed into the theater.

Back in April, Reynolds told Access Hollywood's Billy Bush he "would love to do another movie with her."

"I would be a fool to say no to that," said Reynolds. "If we can work it out, I will definitely be there and on my best behavior."

Reynolds told Access he's bonded with Bullock's adopted boy, but that he doesn't go by "Uncle Ryan," yet.

"I don't think I've officially held the title of uncle," he says. An inside source recently told Us Magazine that "Ryan loves Louis, and Louis always smiles when Ryan's around."

Recently, rumors spread that Charlize Theron, 35, and Reynolds dated. It was rumored that the "Green Lantern" star was dating the blonde bombshell for months and kept it "hush-hush."

Reynolds split from wife Scarlett Johansson, 26, in December but was spotted having dinner with the former Mrs. Reynolds at Little Dom's in LA in late July.

Other women that the actor has reportedly dated include Alanis Morissette, who he was engaged and was seeing for 7 years. The Canadian actor was also rumored to be dating Agnes Fischer, a blonde German model, who had a small part in the film "Safe House," which Reynolds was filming in South Africa.
