Saint West will definitely be Kim Kardashian’s last biological child. The reality star gave birth to her second child a month ago, and it has been revealed that due to the complications from both her pregnancies, doctors have advised her not to put herself at risk again.

“The two pregnancies did so much damage to her[sic] body, it's just not worth it,” revealed a source, who spoke exclusively to Entertainment Tonight. Kim made no secret about her difficulties, even while she was pregnant with her 2-year-old daughter, North West.

She and her husband, Kanye West, went to great lengths to conceive again, and Kim even went through painful operations to prepare her uterus for her second pregnancy. While pregnant with Saint, Kim also faced massive risks, including the possibility of having gestational diabetes.

Now that she has a girl and a boy, Kim has been advised not to get pregnant again, as it poses too many health risks. “If she wanted more, adoption wouldn't be out of the question,” revealed the source. Kim has been very vocal about wanting to have a big family like the one she grew up in. She has also expressed interest in adoption, and even attempted to bring home a Thai orphan in 2014.

During a family trip to Thailand, the Kardashian-Jenner clan visited an orphanage. Kim made a connection with one of the orphans and tried to see if an adoption was possible. Her mom, Kris Jenner, did the research, and they unfortunately found out that there are certain restrictions that make it impossible. Nevertheless, other adoption options are available for Kim and Kanye, should they eventually decide to adopt. Meanwhile, Kim is busy enjoying her newborn baby, who has yet to make his first public appearance.
