'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Season 11 Spoilers: Kim Kardashian West Receives Scary News From Her Doctors About Her Pregnancy During Episode 3

Kim Kardashian West gets some frightening news about her second pregnancy during Season 11, episode 3 of E!'s hit reality show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." After the reality star's rough first pregnancy, her team of doctors are on high alert. During the episode the soon-to-be mother-of-two learns she may have more to worry about than she ever thought.

Throughout the show Kim, 35, pays numerous visits to her obstetrician, who grows increasingly concerned about a number of potential problems. During her initial visit, at which sister Kourtney Kardashian accompanies her, Kim's doctor reveals that there is an increase in fluid surrounding her unborn baby. While he does not appear overly concerned, he does share with her that it may be a sign of a much more serious problem but is all right for the time being. She continues with her daily life, traveling for work and pleasure.

Upon returning from a trip to Paris, Kim notices that she's more swollen than she has been and returns to her physician. The doctor suggests that she undergo testing for gestational diabetes, which could effect the remainder of her pregnancy. She agrees to the test and anxiously awaits the results for the next few days. She finally receives the news that she is diabetes free, but agrees that she should make a few changes in her diet -- at least while she awaits the arrival of her son.

While Kim's pregnancy woes were the main focus of the episode, viewers also learned that Khloé Kardashian may have some psychic abilities. Early in episode 3 she reveals to her famous siblings that she has been being visited by a spirit in her home. Khloé, 31, claims the ghost has been visiting her while she sleeps, though she says she feels it at other points during the day. She decides to enlist the help of some professionals who may be more in tune with their abilities.

Khloé first contacts a medium, who confirms that both she and sister Kourtney, 36, have some level of psychic ability. She later calls in someone who is able to speak with those who have "crossed over," at which time she learns that she has been being contacted by her grandfather. She also reaches out to her father during the visit, which provides a lot of comfort for her and her mother, Kris Jenner, to whom he sends a message.
