Samsung and Apple's courtroom battle seems endless. The South Korean company is now scheduled to launch Galaxy Tab 11.6 tablet in February 2012, which could pit it directly against Apple's next generation tablet - dubbed iPad 3.

Galaxy Tab 11.6, which will run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, will be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress in February 2012, BGR reported, citing sources. According to Citi analyst Richard Gardner, iPad 3 may be launched in February 2012.

Galaxy tab 11.6 could come with retina-display - a whopping 2560 x 1600 resolution. And even though the tablet feature 11.6-inch screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio, yet, it's barely larger than the Galaxy Tab 10.1 because of a thinner bezel design.

The rumored tablet is also expected to be equipped with Exynos 5250 dual core processor clocked at 2.0GHz, which makes Galaxy Tab 11.6 the first device with that processing power from Samsung.

Besides those features, the Samsung tablet also has Android Beam for easy syncing of media with a Galaxy Nexus.

The South Korean company didn't comments on the rumor.
