Santander Brazil unit says may sell stock in IPO

Banco Santander SA, the Brazilian unit of Spain's Santander said on Tuesday it is considering selling new shares in an initial public offering.

The bank said in a securities filing it may sell a minority stake in the primary offering, depending, among other factors, on existing market conditions at the time.
