Lea Michele is the latest cover girl of People’s wellness issue, and to give fans a sneak peek at the publication’s special edition, the “Scream Queens” actress shared some behind-the-scenes photos from her recent magazine shoot.

“My favorite BTS shot from my @people mag shoot!” the 30-year-old singer-actress wrote on Instagram, alongside a photo of herself lying on her stomach on an outdoor bed.

Michele also posted another pic of herself lounging on the same bed but with a different pose. In both snapshots, the “Cannonball” singer is wearing a nude pink midriff tank top and a pair of comfy white shorts.

The New York-born actress also shared a picture of herself which she had taken “straight from the monitor” during her photo shoot.

“I love this photo so much,” she captioned the pic of herself wearing a big smile. “I truly think it captures such happiness and really encapsulates where I am in my life today. I'm always constantly trying to grow and learn and I'm honored to share all I've learned so far in health and wellness and hopefully inspire you all to live a happy and healthy lifestyle. True beauty comes from within and it glows and radiates on the outside. Thank you all for always continuing to support me and making every day better than the next for me!”

In another post, Michele wrote that she’s “honored” to be on the cover of the magazine’s special issue, adding that health and fitness are huge aspects of her life.

As part of her cover story, Michelle — who does hot yoga, hiking and SoulCycle spin classes for her regular exercise — recalled how she started to become committed in keeping a healthy lifestyle.

“You can see [during my ‘Glee’ days] that my weight fluctuates a lot because I was really figuring out how to make things work here,” she told People. “I had more time in my trailer, more time in my car and less time walking around. That's when I realized how important it was for me, personally, to include activities and movement in my daily life.”

Now, after years of discipline and hard work, Michele said that she’s in the “best place” she’s ever been. “I've never loved my body more than I do right now," she added. “And I'm so grateful that I feel that way.”
