World number two Novak Djokovic progressed to the final of the Serbia Open on Saturday after his semifinal with fellow Serb Janko Tipsarevic was cancelled after Tipsarevic withdrew with a thigh injury.

It extended Djokovic's perfect record this season, without even having to hit a ball, to 26-0 and he will Feliciano Lopez in the final after the Spaniard beat Filippo Volandri 7-6 (7-3) 6-2 in the other semi-final.

Djokovic wrote on his Facebook page, Bad news. Janko had to pull out from tonight's semi-final match because of a muscle injury. I sincerely hope he will manage to recover for the rest of the clay-court season.
