Grab some tissues, “Sister Wives” fans, because the two-hour Season 7 premiere of the hit TLC reality series will pull at your heartstrings. And according to the trailer for the installment, here’s what viewers can expect when the Brown family returns to the small screen:

Maddie’s Big Announcement Janelle, Maddie’s mother, reveals that her daughter has an announcement that she wants to share with the family. But what exactly does Maddie have to tell? Well, in the Season 6 finale of “Sister Wives,” fans watched as her boyfriend Caleb nervously asked Kody for his permission to marry his daughter — a tradition Kody also followed before popping the question to his four wives.

But the unveiling of her engagement isn’t the only thing Maddie wants to get off her chest. The synopsis for episode 1, titled “Catfishing Fallout,” reveals that Maddie will divulge to her family that she plans on moving to Montana to be with her fiancé.

Christine and Kody’s daughter Truely, however, thinks her big sister has something else to share — a pregnancy announcement. “She’s going to have a baby after she gets married!” Truely exclaims in the Season 7 promo video.

Robyn’s Delivery Speaking of having children, audiences will watch Robyn as she endures painful contractions in the seventh season of “Sister Wives.”

During the sixth season of the TLC series, Robyn and Kody revealed the gender of their baby during the family’s vacation to Alaska, announcing that another girl would be joining the Brown brood. And it looks like little Ariella Mae, whom Robyn bore in January, will be making her TV debut in a home birth.

Mother/Daughter Problems The trailer for the forthcoming season dishes that Meri and her daughter Mariah will experience turbulence in their relationship.

“Mom and I aren’t on super-great terms right now,” Kody and Meri’s only child says. “I’m kind of sensing that mom wants to go and ask me these deep questions,, and I can’t handle it.”

Brown Family Therapy — Following Meri’s catfishing scandal, which involved her getting into an emotional relationship with a woman pretending to be a man, Kody and his wives will partake in couples counseling to sort through their problems. But it seems their issues may be too big to get solved after just one therapy session.

“I’ve had quite a bit of stress in my life and I finally talked to my family about it,” Meri says before addressing Kody with tears in her eyes. “There were times that I was mad at you, Kody. I’m not going to lie I was angry at you.”

Betrayal — And Meri isn’t the only one having feelings of anger. Christine reveals in a confessional that Robyn’s also upset “because she feels betrayed.” But who does Robyn feel deceived by? And how will that affect the Browns as they attempt to move forward?

Fans will find out when Season 7 of “Sister Wives” airs its two-hour premiere on Sunday, May 8, at 8 p.m. EDT on TLC.
