If reports are to be believed, Sony Ericsson is next in line to make a move towards Microsoft Windows Phone 7 operating systems, after Nokia decided to re-enter the smartphone market with their own Windows Phone 7 smartphones.

A Sony Ericsson model has been displayed on GSMArena's list of rumored and forthcoming smartphones, indicating the company's next venture could consist of releasing their own Windows Phone 7-based smartphone.

There are few concrete details that have emerged so far. However, what is known is that the device will feature a QWERTY keyboard with a TFT capacitive touch-screen. There is no information about the device's dimensions or weight.

In addition, the camera specifications are yet to arrive but it seems certain it will have the usual front and rear-facing cameras.

The WLAN specs include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and a v2.1 Bluetooth with A2DP.

More reports on the device will follow shortly.
