Steven Tyler, lead singer of Aerosmith, was reportedly taken to a hospital in South America after slipping in a hotel shower and badly injuring his face.

The 63-year old singer spent three hours in a hospital being treated for cuts on near his mouth and eyebrow. According to Reuters, the rocker lost two of his teeth in the fall, and has since been released. A bellboy at the Bourbon Hotel near Anuncion, Paraguay, reportedly told local media that Tyler had suffered a nasty fall while taking a shower at the Bourbon Hotel.

A relative of an ABC News employee apparently first alerted the media after spotting Tyler at the hospital. Tyler's reps have not yet responded to request for comments.

Tyler and Aerosmith are in Paraguay to for a concert scheduled Tuesday, which has reportedly been postponed one day.

This is not Steven Tyler's first fall. In 2010, he fell on stage during a concert in South Dakota and was briefly hospitalized. The fall was captured on film:

Get well soon, Steven Tyler! And, hey, be careful...
