Action movie star Danny Trejo, 70, stars in the latest Snickers commercial as Marcia Brady, the teenage daughter of parents Mike and Carol Brady. The commercial will air during the Super Bowl this Sunday. In the 30-second ad, Trejo plays the eldest Brady daughter right after brother Peter Brady hits her in the nose with a football.

“Peter hit me in the nose with a football! I can’t go to the dance like this!” Trejo shouts as he takes on the role of Marcia, who was portrayed in "The Brady Bunch" televison show by Maureen McCormick, now 58. “The Brady Bunch” was a popular sitcom that aired for five years (September 1969 to March 1974). The show is still played in syndication.

Actor Steve Buscemi, 57, also makes an appearance in the ad as Jan Brady, younger sister to Marcia, who often found herself jealous of her older sister’s popularity.

While the ad does have a considerable amount of star power, the main focus is on Snickers, the chocolate bar packed with peanuts, caramel and nougat created by Mars Inc. in 1930. Snickers’ annual global sales reach around $2 billion.

The Super Bowl will air on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. EST on NBC. The New England Patriots will face the Seattle Seahawks in the 49th annual NFL championship. The football game will be played at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, the second Super Bowl played at that stadium. Musical artist Katy Perry will perform at the halftime show.
