Taylor Armstrong apparently isn’t buying Brandi Glanville’s story about her dog being stolen. Just days after Glanville began taking to Twitter asking for help in locating her missing dog, Chica, who Glanville claims was kidnapped from her Encino, Calif., home, her former “Real Housewives” co-star is claiming that it’s all a charade.

On Thursday, Glanville tweeted that her brown Chihuahua had gone missing. “My dog Chica is lost please help! Call me,” Glanville wrote. “I will give anyone who finds my dog chica in Bel air, La, Encino area 10 thousand dollars. Please please. She has a collar call me!”

Glanville continued to issue pleas for help locating the animal through the week, even telling her Twitter followers that she had hired an answering service just to help field phone tips about the lost pooch. But by Sunday, when the dog still hadn’t been found she called in for reinforcements. “We have a new family member until Chica comes back to us. His name is Chico,” Glanville tweeted, showing off a photo of a shelter dog she and her two sons had taken in.

Glanville also demonstrated her characteristic bluntness during the encounter, tweeting some harsh words for a woman who had allegedly taken down posters for the missing dog. “This b---- that is taking down my dog signs is very lucky to be breathing at the moment. If my kids werent with me it was about to be ON [sic]” she wrote.

Glanville later pinned the disappearance on her assistant, claiming that someone had either broken into her home and kidnapped the pet, or that the assistant had lost them and lied to cover her tracks. “I don't wanna blame my assistant. I don't know if she lost them and is making up the story and only found one … But I have to believe what she tells me because I don't know,” she told TMZ. And according to the gossip site, Glanville has since fired the woman.

"I did what I had to do,” Glanville told the gossip site. “If I can't trust her with my dogs, how can I trust her with my kids?"

But while many of Glanville’s followers tweeted words of support and encouragement, not all of her co-stars were as sympathetic. “Oh my gosh, I don’t know what to think about it,” Armstrong said when asked by reporters.

“It’s probably another publicity stunt by Brandi Glanville, frankly,” Armstrong said, walking into a restaurant with her current boyfriend John Bluher. ”I’m super excited to celebrate my birthday tonight at my friend’s restaurant, so how about that.”

Armstrong’s cold words were a departure from earlier comments that she and Glanville had mended their differences. Glanville described Armstrong’s most recent remarks as a bitter cry for attention, telling RumorFix, “[Taylor said that] for attention. She wasn’t asked back to the show and she will do anything to try and create a way back in as a full time person. I’m heart broken and freaked out and I don’t care about her. That’s how she thinks, she is a bad person.”
