Taylor Swift will likely write a heartbreak song about Conor Kennedy, now that the two have broken up.

Taylor Swift and Conor Kennedy began dating back in July, and earlier this month, Swift was accused of cheating on Kennedy with his cousin, Patrick Schwarzenegger.

A source revealed to Perez Hilton, "Taylor and Patrick weren't kissing out in the open, but she wasn't being as subtle as she thought she was. The previous day, she was all over Conor, so she hooked up with two cousins on consecutive nights!"

"Conor doesn't know, but everyone else in the family does. They think she's a hanger-on and find her obsession with the Kennedy cousins disconcerting. Taylor lost the respect of everyone in the family. They despise her and don't want her anywhere near Conor or Patrick."

Now, Swift and Kennedy have split.

"They quietly parted ways a while ago. It was just a distance thing. No hard feelings. They're fine,” a friend of the couple told the celebrity gossip blogger.

"It's been over a month since they've even seen each other. With her promotion for Red she has no time off until the end of the year,” the source went on to say.

The Kennedy family loved Swift, Rory Kennedy, Conor's aunt and the youngest daughter of Ethel, Robert F. Kennedy’s widow, told "OK! Magazine," “She loves Taylor Swift! And Taylor Swift loves my mother. It’s not surprising actually.

"They have a lot of similar qualities and, you know … Anyway, I’m a huge fan of hers and I have two young daughters and, you know, they love her. I’m very familiar with her music, very familiar with the lyrics and she’s a great role model.”

Whether or not the Kennedys thought Swift was a great girl, it was apparently not enough to keep her and Conor Kennedy together.
