A Brooklyn teacher's aide accused of fondling a young boy and recording his assault on camera is being indicted by a federal grand jury, according to New York Daily News. Taleek Brooks, a teacher's assistant at a Bedford Stuyvesant school, and supervisor of an all-boys dance group, was arrested after FBI agents discovered homemade child pornographic images on his computer. Brooks, 40, was previously arrested in connection with a prior kiddie-porn investigation.

The Brooklyn Federal Court charged Brooks with molesting a young victim citing seven images found on his computer as evidence. The sexual assaults took place some time during the 2009-2010 school year, during which Brooks was working at Public School 243 in Bedford Stuyvesant. Brooks allegedly fondled a young boy's genitals and spanked a naked child, according to a criminal complaint filed in February.

FBI agents caught on to Brooks while investigating an internet chat room in which Brooks stated he was interested in black boys 10 years old and older. He is being charged with the sexual exploitation of a child and the distribution of child pornography.
