Catelynn Lowell is getting help after confessing that she has been thinking about killing herself.

The "Teen Mom OG" star took to Twitter on Friday to update her fans about her health and mental state. "Well today I thought of every way to kill myself.. so I'm going to treatment," Lowell wrote while adding the hashtags "#MakeChesterProud #KeepTalkingMH #thiswontlast."

Lowell tagged the late Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington and his widow, Talinda Bennington. Chester committed suicide in July due to depression.

In another post on Instagram, the MTV personality is already on her way to the doctor's office. She shared a snap of her daughter Nova's toy while they are in the car. "Well Nova buddy is coming with me... and I'm gonna hold it close to my heart the whole time... #thiswontlast #thiswontstopme #keeptalkingmh," Lowell wrote in the caption.

After Lowell's confession, she received outpouring love and support from her followers. They all appreciate her honesty and they are all hoping for the best for her.

"What a honest statement I hope this helps others seek the help they need, stay strong and be proud that by helping yourself u can help others ," one fan commented on her post on Twitter.

"Wow thats heavy. Hopefully you soon see the moon sun and stars again instead of the dark," another user wrote.

"So proud of you for recognizing what you need to do. I send my hugs and love to you. It's okay not to be okay," another fan wrote on Twitter.

In August, Lowell and her husband, Tyler Baltierra, reunited with their first daughter, Carly, after two years. The couple was very excited because Nova would get to meet her older sister again.

While Lowell and Baltierra documented their visit on social media, they did not share photos of Carly as requested by her adopted parents. The couple put their firstborn up for adoption in 2009.
