Three blasts rock Mumbai at Opera House, Zaveri Bazar, and Dadar

There are reports that three explosions went off in Mumbai -in South Mumbai at Opera House, one in the jewelry market of Zaveri Bazar near the famous Mumbadevi temple, and one in the crowded neighborhood of Dadar, in central Mumbai.

The explosion in Dadar was reportedly in a car. The blast in South Mumbai's Zaveri Bazaar was reportedly in an electric meter box. In that blast, eyewitnesses said that at least 6 people were feared killed and about 15 to 20 taken to a nearby hospital. There was also a blast at Opera House.

The blasts went off within minutes of each other.

The home ministry is still not calling it a bomb blast and police sources said the nature and intensity of the blasts were not known, according to IBN Live.
