Troubled golfing superstar Tiger Woods will make a special announcement” this morning at 11 a.m., according to reports.

Woods will make his announcement during an interview on the Golf Channel with Kelly Tilghman.

Speculation is running wild on what he will say – the injured golfer has already decline to play in the British Open this weekend.

Interestingly, Woods’ appearance will coincide with a speech to be delivered by US President Barack Obama on the ongoing debt talks in Washington.

It will be interesting to see which appearance attracts from viewers.
