The top 2012 concert tours have been announced, and ticket sales records may be broken with this year's line-up, which includes everyone from Van Halen and Bruce Springsteen to Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and more.

Numerous reports have suggested that sales and revenue records could be surpassed due to the high number of big-name acts who are expected to hit the road in 2012.

We can foresee this being a record year for revenue certainly, and possibly even for attendance, Gary Bongiovanni, editor of the concert-industry tracking magazine Pollstar, told the Los Angeles Times.

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band are always a huge hit when they hit "Thunder Road." The beloved American band will kick off their tour March 18 in Atlanta, Ga., and will finish out in Helsinki Finland at the end of July. The tour will come just two days after Springsteen releases his highly-anticipated new album, "Wrecking Ball." The live shows will be his first since 2006. Reuters
