Some of the most glamorous models in the fashion industry will strut their stuff down the Victoria’s Secret catwalk Tuesday in London for the lingerie giant’s annual show, which will air on CBS Dec. 9. The VS Angels, as they’re called, have heavenly bodies and shared some of their workout secrets through Instagram and in various interviews before the upcoming show.

This Angel likes to stay fit by doing yoga poses with fitness expert Juliet Kaska. But just because the fashion show is right around the corner doesn’t mean she won’t treat herself. The model apparently indulged in some Thanksgiving dessert over the weekend.

Alessandra Ambrosio

The centerpiece of every VS show, as any attentive pervert or loyal viewer knows, is the Fantasy Bra, a brassiere redesigned every year and bestowed upon one special model. This year, Alessandra Ambrosio wears the $2.5 piece containing a 20-carat white diamond and 5,200 other gems set in 18-carat rose and yellow gold. Modest, we know. Reuters

To make sure her state of mind is just as healthy as her body, “I try to get my mind into it and I work out as much as I can,” Ambrosio told Hollywood Life in 2013. She also added that some sun does the trick. "A little tan from the California sunshine always helps,” she said. “I will lie by the pool and get a healthy tan.”

Candice Swanepoel

Swanepoel partakes in several types of workouts to get ready for some of the company's more glamorous lingerie. Weight training and yoga with trainer Justin Gelband are essential for the South African beauty to be in pristine condition. She told Vogue she eats more so she can exercise more. "I like to feel really strong: to have a good bum and strong legs on the catwalk, so I really focus on that,” she said.

Behati Prinsloo

Prinsloo, who happens to be married to Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, tries to refrain from eating bread. Working out is important to the model, too, and she posted various pictures of her hitting the gym to Instagram.

She might arguably be the star of the VS family, but that doesn’t mean she’s the only one who needs to stay in shape. Lima posted a picture to her Instagram account after she got a workout in with some of her family members. To keep her core strong and body lean, Lima practices planks with her trainer.

Lily Aldridge

This Angel doesn’t diet before the big show, she told Hollywood Life in 2013. “I just eat a lot of clean food,” Aldridge explained, and pictures of her healthy meals can be seen on her social media accounts. To keep her curves in tiptop shape, she practices ballet. “It’s very good for your body, and very healthy and fun, so it’s my go-to," she told the news site.

Doutzen Kroes

Kroes is all about cardio and getting sweaty. "When I am in NYC, I always go for a run outside, along the Hudson River, and I really love that,” she told Vogue. Like other VS models, Kroes also likes to practice ballet to stay fit, which can be seen on her Instagram account.
