Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are still finalizing their custody agreement for the sake of their kids.

While speaking with GQ Style in May, Pitt revealed that he and Jolie have not decided to get back together. But their priority remains the same, and it is their six children.

Last week, a source told US Weekly that Pitt is still do everything he can to make sure that he can spend as much time with his kids as he desires. “He’s still determined to have a fully resolved situation for the sake of the whole family,” the source said.

And with the coming holidays, supporters of Pitt and Jolie couldn’t help but wonder how the estranged couple will work out a schedule for Maddox, 16, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 11, Knox, 9 and Vivienne, 9.

According to Radar Online, Jolie and Pitt are relying on a judge to organize a schedule for their family for the holidays. At the moment, all six kids are living with Jolie. But every now and then, they are allowed to spend time with their dad.

Judge John W. Ouderkirk will reportedly help Jolie and Pitt with the schedule. A source told the publication, “Angelina and Brad will be using their private divorce judge to help them with their schedules regarding visitation over the holidays. The good thing for the couple is that they both trust and respect Judge Ouderkirk, and he has a lot of experience in this field.”

Additionally, the publication noted that Jolie and Pitt would be required to spend the holidays together as part of the schedule still being finalized. It seems that Jolie and Pitt could have an amicable relationship for the sake of their kids since the actress said that she’s healing from the recent events.

She told Vanity Fair, “We’re all just healing from the events that led to the filing. They’re not healing from divorce. They’re healing from some… from life, from things in life.”
