Whistleblowing website WikiLeaks is planning a mega-release of nearly 2.8 million secret documents.

The website said in a Twitter message on Monday, Next release is 7x the size of the Iraq War Logs. intense pressure over it for months. Keep us strong, and directed its visitors to a page soliciting donations to continue its work.

Another tweet followed saying, The coming months will see a new world, where global history is redefined. Keep us strong.

Wikileaks published in July 77,000 documents on the war in Afghanistan, followed by a massive release of 400,000 documents on Iraq war in October.

The website founder Julian Assange, an Australian citizen is facing charges of rape and sexual molestation in Sweden.
