Google is rumored to launch its new Nexus 4G phones which will compete with other high-end android smartphones in the market.

The phone, which is said to be released in November to coincide with the Thanksgiving season, will have a 1.2GHz to 1.5GHz dual-core processor, a huge screen and high definition video recording.

The Nexus 4G will run on an Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system and will have a 4G LTE network.

The rumored device may also flash a 1GB RAM, a 1-megapixel front-facing and a 5-megapixel rear camera, a 720p display, 1080p video capture. Interactions on the phone will be purely software-based and no hardware buttons will be required.

The processor is expected to be either an OMAP 4460 or a specially low-power 28nm Krait-based Snapdragon.

The phone is said to be available in the US during Thanksgiving, said the BGR website.
