Khloé Kardashian may soon be carrying a child — but it won’t be her own. The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star is toying with the idea of being sister Kim Kardashian’s surrogate for baby No. 3.

In previews for the episode set to air June 11, the Good American cofounder and her sister visit a fertility clinic, where Khloé, 32, gets real about her problems getting pregnant. She admits that she wasn’t really trying during her marriage to Lamar Odom, as she knew “the circumstances weren’t the healthiest.” The youngest Kardashian sister reveals that she had been undergoing fertility treatments during their marriage, but stopped when she realized they shouldn’t have a child together.

“When I was doing my fertility treatments, they were more so for Lamar. I had to stop ‘cause there was much deeper stuff that was happening in our marriage,” she said (via Us Weekly), adding that it wasn’t the “right situation to bring a child into.”

Kim, 36, previously admitted to “begging” Khloé to consider being her surrogate. During an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” the “Selfish” author said that she probably won’t be able to carry her own third child, but that she’s “not giving up.” She revealed that a lot of her struggle would play out on “KUWTK” in time.

“I have had to go through multiple things to try and do it on my own. I do not think that is looking good for me but I am not giving up,” she told host Andy Cohen (via Daily Mail). “So it is a process. You kind of see the whole thing on this next season of our show, of me begging Khloe to help out, but I do not want to do that to her.”

Fans got a glimpse into the great lengths Kim was willing to go to to get pregnant during an episode of the E! reality show. The mother of two shared with her family that she would be having surgery to repair a hole in her uterus, deal with scar tissue and more. The procedure left her in a great deal of pain and needing a catheter.

Kim’s been through two very challenging pregnancies. With Saint, 1, and North, 3, she had placenta accreta. The condition is rare and occurs when the placenta attaches too deep into the uterine wall.

That’s not all. Us Weekly reported that Kim’s son was breech. She revealed in a blog post that she was forced to undergo a painful procedure to turn him around before his birth.

“I’m writing this blog while up at 4 a.m., a little anxious for my delivery as I’m entering my 36th week of pregnancy,” Kim shared in November 2015. “I’ve surrendered to the placenta issues and actually haven’t been thinking too deeply about them lately. However, my latest concern is that my baby is breech, meaning he’s in the wrong position for childbirth. His head is still up and it’s supposed to be down. He was supposed to turn by 32 weeks. So now, I will have to get a C-section. Or so I thought!”

Kim was able to deliver her son naturally, though his birth wasn’t easy. She said that while doctors aren’t taught how to do it anymore, breech delivery is possible and thanked her provider. TMZ reported that Kim’s delivery required two extra hours in which doctors had to deal with complications related to her placenta.
