The wait is almost over—After months of speculation over when the public will finally get a glimpse of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby, North West, it was announced this week that the couple’s eight-week old child will make her first appearance on an upcoming episode of the family’s reality show, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

Radar Online reported Friday that 32-year-old new mom, Kim Kardashian, is currently filming episodes of her hit E! reality series with newborn North in tow. “The baby hasn’t been filmed close up, but has been captured at a distance while Kim has been holding her,” a source closed to the couple revealed.

Despite allowing North to make her TV debut, rapper Kanye West, 36, is reportedly frustrated over the constant presence of cameras in their home. “Since Kim and Kanye brought North home from the hospital, Kanye has been angry about the intrusion, but Kim is contractually obligated to film,” a source said. “North’s temporary nursery has also been filmed, when Kanye wasn’t around. There is no doubt that Kim would want to have North appear on the show, if Kanye wasn’t so opposed to it.”

The report comes on the heels of grandmother Kris Jenner’s claims that the newborn wouldn’t be a series regular on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” It was previously rumored that Kardashian would show off North and her post-baby body during the series premiere of Jenner’s talk show, “Kris" last month. The 57-year-old host, who instead used a show-staff members’ baby to trick audience members into thinking it was North, told viewers that her daughter and grandchild were not yet ready to make public appearances. “Just give her some time and peace and she'll be out showing her off herself,” said Jenner.
