Prince William and Catherine of Cambridge concluded their three-day visit in Southern California on Sunday, and departed for London.
The third day of the royal couple's trip began from a visit to Inner-City Arts in downtown Los Angeles, and then was followed by a job fair for veterans at Sony Studios in Culver City, reports The Los Angeles Times.
At the ServiceNation: Mission Serve Hiring Our Heroes veteran job fair, the Duke William noted that both he and my low-flying Apache (pilot) very average brother, Prince Harry, supported the organization, bringing a huge laugh from the crowd of 1,700 veterans in attendance, said USA Today.
At this last stop on the U.S. tour, William and Kate helped pack a care package for veterans in service.
As this is my last opportunity before we leave this afternoon, I would just say, on behalf of us both, how grateful we are to have been welcomed so warmly in the Golden Stateand the City of Angels, said William. Thank you so much.
