Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer is back at it again at the Web 2.0 summit, bashing Google Apps, Android and even Apple iPhone asking to compare the appeal of Windows phone with Android phone and iPhone.

Ballmer still insists that the Windows Phone is better than iPhone for incorporating the need of the user's front in the phone.

However, Ballmer denied that Microsoft would produce own smartphone hardware to compete with other smartphones, maintaining that Microsoft was focused on enabling hardware innovation.

Ballmer noted that Windows phone needed to compete on price with Android by starting to provide cheaper models.

He poked Google by saying, You don't need to be a computer scientist to use a Windows phone and you do to use and Android phone...It is hard for me to be excited about the Android phones.
