Xbox Live is having problems with its TV, music and video services, according to the Xbox Live status page. As of 4:22 a.m. CST on Friday morning, a number of users reported having problems accessing these streams. The glitches were ongoing as of midmorning.

While the core gaming services of Xbox Live are running smoothly, some users are having trouble browsing the Xbox Video Store and Xbox Music Store.

“Are you running into trouble purchasing your favorite tunes through the Xbox Music application on your Windows 8.1 devices?” Microsoft asked users on its status page. “There’s no need to worry, our team is aware and working toward a fix! Thanks for being patient during this process, Xbox members. We’ll update you as soon as we have more information.”

Microsoft is usually pretty efficient at fixing bugs, though it did experience an outage earlier this month, when Sledgehammer Games’ first-person shooter “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare” reached the Xbox One and Xbox 360.

The best thing to do is to simply wait out the errors, but you can submit any issues you’re having to the Xbox Support Twitter page.
