Halloween is just around the corner and the whole world is busy getting their preparations right for the upcoming holiday. Everyone is busy purchasing or shipping their costumes and it seems they are taking a lot of cues from their favorite celebrities.

According to a report in Billboard, online marketing research website SEMrush conducted a survey and analyzed the most popular celebrity costume searches over the past month. And without any surprise, it is Ariana Grande who led the coveted list.

The “Don’t Call Me Angel” hitmaker is the most popular celebrity costume search at present. A few weeks earlier, Kourtney Kardashian shared a set of photos in which she was seen dressing up as Ariana Grande. She rocked a tiny pink dress and opted for a high ponytail just like Grande’s signature look.

Last year, Grande was seen spending the holiday with James Corden by visiting an escape room for a horror-filled adventure.

Pop icon Beyonce Knowles comes in at number two while Cardi B was the third most-searched celeb costume.

Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z wore Halloween costumes that paid tribute to the track and field legends Florence Griffith Joyner also known as Flo-Jo and Tommie Smith. The “Lemonade” hitmaker wore a purple and blue one-legged bodysuit in a way that made the athlete famous.

Meanwhile, the rapper was seen sporting a Team USA tracksuit with a gold medal. He finished off his look by raising his hand in a Black Power salute just like Smith did in 1968 after winning the 200-meter race.

Kim Kardashian and her younger sister Kylie Jenner came at numbers 4 and 5 respectively. Last year, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan stunned everyone by revealing her Barbie-inspired theme. The 22-year-old makeup mogul was seen wearing a shiny, pink one-shoulder swimsuit. To make the look more authentic, she also had a life-sized toy box to stand in and complete her Barbie look.

Meanwhile, Lady Gaga came in at number eight while rapper Nicki Minaj is at the ninth spot.

It was Heidi Klum who rounded off the list by coming in at the tenth position. Known as the “Queen Of Halloween,” Klum stunned everyone in 2015 by transforming into Jessica Rabbit. She rocked the iconic red gown on Halloween night. It was reported that it took nearly 10 hours to put her cartoon character body on.
