After months of being on probation, “90 Day Fiancé” star Jay Smith is no longer in legal trouble. In July, the Jamaican reality star was taken into ICE custody for violating a protection from abuse order filed by his ex, Ashley Martson.

Ashley and Jay’s marriage began to fall apart a few days after their wedding when Ashley learned Jay downloaded a dating app. Although Ashley tried to work on her marriage, she discovered her husband cheated on her with several women and filed for divorce.

On Saturday, Ashley shared a quote on her Instagram Story that appeared to allude to her marriage with Jay. “The right person will come along, and you won’t need to do anything to keep them interested for the simple fact that you’ll be enough,” the quote read.

When Ashley initially learned about Jay’s dating profile, he claimed he downloaded the app to make friends because she was never home. Viewers learned that the “90 Day Fiancé” star was unable to stay home with her new husband during the day because she was working to support them.

Ashley’s post comes a day after Jay boasted about the end of his probation to In Touch. “Being on probation, I was really scared not knowing if I was going to slip up or violate my probation in any way,” he told the outlet.

“But now that I’m off, I’m really proud of myself that I didn’t make any mistakes. Now, I’m back stronger and better than ever! Time to chase my dreams and make wonderful things happen.”

Although Ashley and Jay’s relationship is over, the two are still legally married. It remains unclear when their divorce will be finalized.
