  • Adele, reportedly, lost a total of 45 kilograms
  • The 'Chasing Pavements' singer, allegedly, feels miserable after losing some weight
  • Adele, reportedly, wants to have a healthier lifestyle for her son, Angelo

There is no denying that Adele has been really focused on improving her well-being lately, especially after her divorce from Simon Konecki. Reports have it that the “When We Were Young” hitmaker has been pushing for a healthier lifestyle for the sake of her only son, Angelo Adkins, 7. Adele, allegedly, wants to change something and become the most hale-and-hearty mom possible.

However, new reports suggested that Adele is not really loving her “skinny” life. The British musician is said to be following a strict 1,000 calorie-per-day diet. But, New Weekly Magazine claimed that the “Turning Tables” songstress still feels despondent even after she shed off a total of 45 kilograms.

“She’s just so miserable all the time and is always lashing out,” a source, reportedly, told the entertainment news publication. It added that close pals of Adele are anxious that she still takes a significant amount of alcohol while she continues to become leaner than before. “They worry Adele is so obsessed with not putting on weight that she’ll just go without food but still consume a lot of alcohol,” the tipster told the magazine.

Another insider shared that Beyonce is, actually, Adele’s inspiration to slim down. “Beyonce is Adele’s ultimate icon and they have bonded over their weight loss journey,” it claimed “Bey has been nothing but supportive,” it added.

Adele has yet to comment on the reports saying she is not happy with her thinner frame. However, with New Weekly Magazine’s reputation for publishing reports based on the claims of its anonymous and phony sources, this could just be another baseless speculation waiting to be debunked. So, avid followers of the “Someone Like You” hitmaker should take these rumors with a huge grain of salt until everything is proven true and correct.

Meanwhile, earlier this year, an informant told People that Adele’s transformation is never just about losing weight. It stated that the “All I Ask” singer’s goal is to make herself feel better rather than just “looking” better for other people to see. Moreover, Adele is rumored to be preparing to promote her upcoming new tracks, which were previously reported to come out in late 2019.

“Her whole focus during the weight loss journey has really how been all about how she can be healthier and how can she treat her body better,” the source told the outlet. “It was never about losing weight. Her weight loss happened because she has cut down drinking and is eating more real food. But she now loves her physical transformation too. She is more confident, dresses differently and she just seems happier overall,” it continued.
