Adele was accompanied by her boyfriend Rich Paul at the filming for her upcoming TV special in the U.K. over the weekend.

On Saturday, the "Easy on Me" singer, 33, and her sports agent boyfriend, 39, were photographed making a quick exit from the London Palladium, where she filmed "An Audience with Adele," People reported.

For the show, Adele donned a sparkly black dress, which she paired with stunning silver jewelry and curled hair. Paul matched his girlfriend in a dark gray velvet suit and black turtleneck.

Adele made her relationship with Paul Instagram official in September. In an interview with Vogue last month, the Grammy winner revealed that she and Paul started dating at the beginning of this year after meeting at a party two years ago.

Adele accidentally went public with their relationship in July when she attended Game 5 of the NBA Finals with Paul. "I didn't mean to go public with it. I just wanted to go to the game," she told Vogue. "I just love being around him. I just love it."

Meanwhile, Saturday's concert was Adele's first performance in the U.K. in four years, according to The Independent.

Tickets were not sold as the event was invite-only. Attendees included Adele's friends and family. The "Rolling in the Deep" songstress also picked her "own personal heroes and heroines, fellow musicians, artists, actors, sportsmen, sportswomen and more" to attend the concert.

Celebrities who were present at the event included Beyoncé, Dua Lipa, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Idris Elba, Samuel L. Jackson, Emma Watson, Naomi Campbell, Bryan Cranston, Josh Gad and Catherine O'Hara, among many others.

But fans will be able to watch the concert when it airs on ITV on Nov. 21, just two days after the release of her fourth studio album "30," which is her first record in six years.

"Following the release of the multi-award winning singer’s new album '30,' ITV viewers will have a front-row seat to 'An Audience With Adele' when it airs on primetime and ITV Hub later this month," ITV said in a statement obtained by Evening Standard.

Katie Rawcliffe, head of entertainment commissioning at ITV, said Adele is one of the world's most in-demand stars, so they were beyond thrilled to bring the one-off night to ITV. "Adele is a remarkable artist, and this will be a very special event," she added.

Among the songs Adele performed during the show was her new single "Easy on Me." She will drop her upcoming album "30" on Nov. 19.
