The Apple AirPods Pro offers more features than simply being a wireless earpiece. It offers unique features such as Transparency mode, displays the charge status of each piece, and other helpful features. Here are some AirPods Pro features that you can use to improve your experience with the device.

Transparency Mode

The AirPods Pro is known for its Noise Cancellation features which block out outside noises as users enjoy their music, podcasts, or anything they want to listen to in private. However, users also have a choice to disable this mode and make the AirPods Pro function like a regular earpiece using the Transparency mode.

This mode can be accessed through simply long pressing the stem of the device to toggle between Transparency mode and Noise Cancellation mode.

Look At Charge Status

Apple’s latest earpiece currently has several ways to check for its current battery charge. One way is to check the LED on the AirPods itself to see its charge. Another way is to pop the AirPods case open near your paired iPhone or iPad device to show the charge status on screen. The battery charge for either AirPods Pro earpiece would be shown on screen.

Charge Status Check For AirPods Pro Case

Checking the AirPods Pro charging case is also possible when placed on a charging mat. While being charged, pat the case to see if it’ll light up with a green color. The green means that the charging case is already full and ready to go. Throughout its charging time, the case would light up every now and then until it fully charges.

Press Commands

Aside from switching between listening modes of the AirPods Pro, the earpieces also have ways for quickly browsing through your music files. Instead of having a button, the AirPods has a pressure sensitive part which registers as the button press for the device. With two fingers, pressing the AirPods once pauses or plays the music. Pressing it twice skips the song forward. Three times would skip the song backward instead.

The long press isdedicated to the Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode so be sure to keep that in mind when fiddling with songs.
