At a time when rumors are flowing in revealing information about the Lumia 850, leaked images have surfaced showing the front and rear panel of the handset.

According to WM Power User, a new Windows 10 Mobile OS has been spotted by Tieba, a Chinese blog. Even though there is no confirmation on the name of the device, the Chinese blog has claimed it to be the Microsoft Lumia 850.

In the previous week, a leaked photo of the purported Lumia 850 handset had surfaced. The positioning of the camera and its single LED flash as well as the speaker grille on the last week’s photo matches with that of the new photo of Lumia 850. The handset is codenamed as "Honjo."

The Lumia 850 is rumored to come out succeeding the Nokia Lumia 830 that was released last year. By looking at the leaked photos, it can be clearly understood that it will be arriving with a metallic frame. The frontal image shows that it will be featuring a front-facing flash for the selfie camera.

The popular leakster, @OnLeaks has revealed that the Lumia 850 measures 155.9 x 77.23 x 6.92 mm, indicating that it will be a huge device housing a 5.7-inch display. Like the predecessor model, it will support full HD resolution.

The older handset featured Snapdragon 400 chipset, but the Lumia 850 is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 617 chipset. The rear camera of the Nokia Lumia 830 is of 10-megapixel and it supports Optical Image Stabilization. The protruding rear camera of the Lumia 850 indicates that Microsoft is likely some sort of enhancement to it.

Another interesting feature of the handset is it sports a very slim profile of 6.9 mm. If this is true, it will become the slimmest Lumia smartphone by Microsoft. It is expected to release by February 2016.
