George Clooney and Amal Clooney’s alleged marital troubles continue to make headlines and now a new report has claimed that the two are heading for a divorce over George’s friendship with singer Faith Hill. However, the report — published in the National Enquirer magazine — has been dismissed by Gossip Cop.

The National Enquirer’s report, cited by Gossip Cop, said that George got close to Hill while he was shooting for the 2015 movie “Tomorrowland” with her husband Tim McGraw.

“Amal has always been unnerved by George’s harem of gorgeous female friends, and Faith is no exception,” a source told the National Enquirer. “When George and Amal started having problems, he confided in Faith. Both their spouses are bothered over how close they are.”

The source also told the magazine that the outcome of such a situation will be a “nasty $220 million split” between George and Amal.

However, a source told Gossip Cop that George and Amal are not facing any problems regarding their marriage and that there is “no truth” to the National Enquirer’s report. The rumor debunking website also said that the marital problems between the couple are nonexistent.

Gossip Cop also dismissed a Star Magazine report that said Amal and George are fighting over the actor’s plans to undergo plastic surgery.

George and Amal got married in Venice, Italy, on Sept. 27, 2014. Over the last few months, several rumors have surfaced about Amal and George's marriage.
