  • Amber Heard called Johnny Depp "old man" according to her former PA
  • Heard was heard body-shaming Depp during a fight
  • Depp's exes dismissed Heard's violent and abusive allegations

Amber Heard made a disparaging comment about her ex-husband Johnny Depp, according to her former personal assistant.

Heard’s former PA Kate James made a statement in the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia concerning Depp’s case against her. A copy of the document has been shared on Twitter.

According to James, she worked for Heard from March 2012 to February 2015. She was surprised that Heard hired her because she’s almost 20 years her senior. James didn’t mind it because she had a 4-year-old son at the time and needed a job.

She recalled that Heard was already dating Depp when she started working for the “Aquaman” actress. However, the celebrity didn’t tell her the identity of the gentleman she was going out, but she called him “old man.”

“At first, Amber didn’t tell me who Johnny was, and would speak in disparaging terms about him,” James said in her statement.

“She would say that she was ‘dating this old man’ and suchlike. Shen then disclosed that it was Johny Depp, and I met him shortly after that. My first impression of him was softly spoken and peaceful he was, almost a bit shy. He was very pleasant and courteous upon meeting me.”

Meanwhile, some of James’ statements could be used to support Depp’s libel claim against the Sun over its allegations that he was violent to Heard, The Guardian reported. The judge declared that limited testimony from James will be included in the forthcoming trial because she saw Heard without any sign of physical violence.

Meanwhile, one of Depp’s employees also claimed that Heard body-shamed the actor. According to Tara Roberts, Heard attacked Depp in December 2015 when she called him fat.

“While I could not hear what caused the fight, Amber repeatedly berated him with increasing ferocity,” she said in a court document

“She was insulting him, calling him names, and in the middle of this onslaught I heard her say specifically ‘your career is over’, ‘no one is going to hire you’, ‘you’re washed up’, ‘fat’, ‘you will die a lonely man’, and also screaming things that were incomprehensible.”

Meanwhile, Depp’s exes Winona Ryder and Vanessa Paradis have expressed support for him in his legal battle. Both claimed that Depp was never abusive or violent when they were still with him.
