A massive leak revealing the specifications, final names and the GPU of the AMD Radeon RX 6000 graphics card series, including the RDNA 2-based Radeon RX 6700, RX 6800 and RX 6900, surfaced online. The wealth of new information came from Videocardz, which cited AIBs by AMD as its source.

AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Graphics Card With Navi 21 XTX GPU

Also known as AMD Big Navi, the Radeon RX 6900 XT features 80 CU or 5120 Stream Processors. For now, the graphics card is AMD-exclusive and will be the company’s flagship. The Big Navi allegedly would be available in limited quantity. The flagship graphics card allegedly features 16 GB of GDDR6 memory, 2040 MHz game clock and 2330 MHz boost clock. The Navi 21 XT has 320W TBP for reference and 355W for custom variants.

AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT Graphics Card With Navi 21 XT GPU

This graphics card reportedly features 72 CU or 4608 Stream Processors along with 16GB GDDR6 memory. It has a clock speed of above 2.0 GHz and a 256-bit memory bus. The Radeon RX 6800 XT Graphics Card features a 2015 MHz game clock and under 2550 MHz boost clock.

AMD Radeon RX 6800 Graphics Card With Navi 21 XL GPU

This non-x graphics card from AMD allegedly features 64 CU or 4096 Stream Processors. Just like its siblings, it houses 16 GB of GDDR6 memory and a 256-bit memory bus. However, the Radeon RX 6800 graphics card has a reportedly lower clock speed with a 2105 boost clock and 1815 MHz game clock.

AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT and 6700 Graphics Card With Navi 22 GPU

AMD is anticipated to launch the Radeon RX 6700 series, but it could happen later since this month is already reserved for the launch of Radeon RX 6900XT, 6800XT and 6800. The Radeon RX 6700 series reportedly features Navi 22 GPU. The report claimed that AMD decided to bring forward the launch of the series, which was initially set for January 2021.

Based on this, it is possible that the Radeon RX 6700 series could launch before 2020 ends. The Radeon RX 6700XT reportedly features 40 compute units or 2560 stream processors with 12 GB GDDR6 192-bit memory.
