Anna Faris and Chris Pratt have finally sold their marital home after putting it on the market two years ago.

Faris and Pratt announced their split in 2017 and a year later their divorce was finalized. The exes went on and listed their marital home on the market and after two years, the property has finally been sold for about $5 million, Los Angeles Times reported.

Faris and Pratt bought the estate in 2014 for $3.3 million. However, they also spent for renovation to transform it into their dream home. The couple will still make some cash because the property was sold for $4.75 million.

The 4,700-square-foot Mediterranean-style home was built in 1979. It has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Its kitchen has a breakfast nook overlooking the pool and a separate sitting room with a wet bar. It also includes a saltwater pool and spa, covered patios and fully functioning outdoor entertainment spot, according to Page Six.

There's a lighted tennis court and a pavilion that was used as a gym. The property is gated with a lush landscaping and tall trees in the surroundings.

Both Pratt and Faris have already moved onto new relationships. The "Avengers" star is now married to Katherine Schwarzenegger. The couple welcomed their daughter last month by sharing a sweet photo of the new parents holding the hands of their little one on social media.

"We are beyond thrilled to announce the birth of our daughter, Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger Pratt. We couldn’t be happier. Both mom and baby are doing great. We are extremely blessed. Love Katherine and Chris," he wrote on Instagram.

Meanwhile, earlier this year, Faris got engaged to cinematographer Michael Barrett. She confirmed her engagement when she appeared on James Corden's "The Late Late Show" in February.

The host noticed the giant ring on her finger and congratulated Faris for her engagement. She responded with a joke by asking the host if he can officiate a wedding because she wants someone with humor.

"Can you officiate a wedding? … I would love you to audition, if you came and read," Faris said.

"I want somebody that's humorous, that also brings heartfelt sentiment, that doesn't talk too much about themselves."

"Well that's a problem. I really strike out on all three of those," Corden replied.
