IPhone fans have long waited for Apple to release a successor to the wildly popular iPhone SE – an affordable, easy to hold iPhone model that was just as powerful as the other models during its time but was sold for an enticing low price. This handset was loved by many, and fans from all over longed to see a successor would arrive in the future.

Previous reports reveal that indeed, a new iPhone SE successor is coming. The device, which interestingly has been called the “iPhone SE 2,” “iPhone 9” and simply the “iPhone,” has been rumored to feature a chassis the size of the iPhone 8, the A13 Bionic chip and some more interesting specs. All these reports paint a device that just might win consumers all over.

Now, a designer who calls himself theHacker34 created a concept video that reveals just how the device might look like based on the rumors and leaks. The designer, Kevin, said he is “not affiliated with Apple.” Here's a quick glance at what he created “based on leaks:”

The display

“It starts with a stunning display,” the designer wrote in the video, indicating that the device might have a 4.7-inch Liquid Retina Display with True Tone and Haptic Touch features. He said this display will feature 1334 x 750 resolution, and have a pixel density of 326ppi.

The camera

Kevin boasted that the new device will offer an “all new camera experience” using a single 12MP f/1.8 wide-angle lens that features “larger, deeper 1.4 micron pixels.” It will have a faster sensor compared to the older model, and will offer optical image stabilization (OIS). The camera is backed by a Quad-LED True Tone Flash that has a “Flicker-detect sensor.”

Innards

Next, the designer said the device will be “powered by the insanely powerful chip,” the A13 Bionic. This is the same chip powering the iPhone 11 series of handsets.

Battery and charging

Kevin added that the iPhone SE successor will offer “Upto (sic) 5 hours more battery life than iPhone 8,” and will feature fast wireless charging capabilities.

All of these came from rumors and leaks that were reported earlier. The device, which is slated to sell for $399, is still delayed at the moment, and might not be released later this month due to coronavirus concerns.
