Apple Store 2.0, underwent a makeover on Sunday, May 22, 2011 with snazzy new iPad 2 replacing the paper signage next to every Apple product, three days after the 10th anniversary of the company’s retail stores.

The new iPad displays, with its customized software, replace the dull paper signage that contained product information and prices. Now customers are able to find out the information easily on the interactive screen. Each display features five sections: Feature, Compare, New to Mac?, Support, and Specialist. Pressing the Specialist tab would send an Apple employee to the customer immediately.

I was able to find out what I needed very easily, said an Apple fan at the Stockton Street Apple store in San Francisco.
