Ashley Graham is proud of her body for giving life to her twin boys.

The 34-year-old model shared a full-body video on Instagram that highlighted her "strong" frame merely five months after giving birth. "Posting this video for all the mamas who haven't and may never 'bounce back' and for anyone who needs to be reminded that your body is beautiful in its realest form," she wrote in the caption.

"This is my strong, five-month-postpartum-been-pregnant-for-two-years body. as it is. in hopes to further normalize ALL bodies in every and any stage of life," she added, along with a clip of her flaunting her body, imperfections and all, in white underwear.

Graham shares three sons—Isaac, 2, and 5-month-old twins Malachi and Roman—with her husband Justin Ervin.

Following a near-death experience after she welcomed her twin boys on Jan. 7, Graham described losing "liters of blood" and not being able to walk for a week after the incident, in a personal essay for Glamour.

The mother of three also opened up about her traumatic birthing experience in detail and revealed why she chose to be so honest and open about it. She wrote, "I tell you all of this—in pretty unflinching detail—because I believe in the importance of honesty; in revealing things about myself that I hope will help others talk about what they too have been through.

"But also because, like so many women, what I went through with childbirth has reshaped my relationship with my body—and I say this knowing that I am the person who has been shouting from the rooftops to you all, 'Love the skin you’re in.' Yet for me, the births of all my three children threw a lot of that out of the window."

"I tell myself that I am a warrior for carrying and birthing my babies, for surviving the hemorrhage, for being a mother to my three boys, and yet also still struggling with the transformation of my body," Graham added.

As for her work, Graham recently posed nude for Spanx in May, according to People.

It was her first ad since delivering her boys, and Graham explained that she's "picking and choosing" her modeling gigs a lot more carefully now that her duties as a mother have increased. "I don't want to feel overwhelmed rushing back into work," she said.
