Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner seem to have patched things up. After engaging in a tense conversation after Thanksgiving, the couple reunited for a church service in Los Angeles.

But before they headed to church service with their children for Violet’s 14th birthday, Garner and Affleck first took a breather. The “Peppermint” star sent her ex-husband back to his hotel in Los Angeles after getting into what seemed like an argument.

Shortly after, Affleck returned to his home, where his good friend, Matt Damon, paid him a visit. The latter was dressed in an all-black ensemble when he was photographed leaving Affleck’s home in Brentwood.

According to Daily Mail, it is possible that Damon’s visit had to do with work since he was carrying a thick pile of papers when he left his friend’s property. The publication said that it looked as though the actor was carrying a script.

A day later, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner looked happier and more relaxed when they arrived in church separately. The “Batman v Superman” star wore a black sweater, grey shirt, and brownish-green pants during the outing. Garner, on the other hand, wore a stylish beige long-sleeved blouse and brown skirt.

At one point, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner even looked straight into the camera and gave the paparazzi a beautiful smile. Their youngest child, Samuel, joined them at church.

Meanwhile, the former couple made headlines this past weekend after they were spotted arguing in public. Photos of Affleck and Garner showed the two actors with stern looks on their faces.

At one point, Affleck even threw his hands up in the air while talking to his ex-wife. Shortly after, the “13 Going On 30” star closed the door of her husband’s Range Rover and walked away slowly.

The former couple was once again photographed during their visit to a nearby Starbucks. A photo showed Jennifer Garner looking visibly upset.
