Ben Affleck Engages In ‘Tense’ Conversation With Jennifer Garner After Celebrating Thanksgiving

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner celebrated Thanksgiving with their three children this week.

But shortly after spending time with each other, the former couple was photographed seemingly engaged in a tense conversation.

In the photo uploaded by Daily Mail, Ben Affleck is looking sternly at his ex-wife while Jennifer Garner is getting out of her car. Upon closer inspection, it becomes more evident that Affleck has a surprised look on his face.

The snap shows the “13 Going on 30” star with her back turned against the camera. She is getting off her vehicle with a bottle of water in her hand. After closing her car door, Garner turns to face the camera and reveals that she also has an upset look written all over her face.

Affleck, who recently had a slip-up with his sobriety, even raised both of his hands a bit while talking to his ex-wife. The gesture suggests that he wasn’t very pleased with his conversation with Garner.

One can only speculate on what caused the tension between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner. But what was evident is that they both weren’t very happy during their outing.

Just one day earlier, Affleck and Garner reunited with their kids and the actor’s mom for Thanksgiving. Before the actual celebration, the entire family was photographed on their way to the movie house.

Jennifer Garner walked closely beside her eldest daughter, Violet, while Seraphina held hands with her dad and grandmother during their walkabout. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s youngest and only son walked closely behind everyone else.

Affleck and Garner have been divorced for years. But they regularly hang out for the sake of their children. Throughout the past year, they have been photographed attending church service and celebrating birthdays together.

The entire family has also celebrated Christmas together even though Ben and Jennifer are no longer officially together.
