Ben Affleck made headlines again after he was spotted in a drunken state during the UNICEF Masquerade Ball in West Hollywood on Oct. 26. The former partner of Jennifer Garner was seen stumbling after making his exit from the Halloween party. The “Gone Girl” actor was quick to admit his mistake and said he would not let it derail him.

Now, recent reports are claiming that, while Ben continues to journey to sobriety, it seems like he is not on the good company since he is being linked to an alleged "party girl." The “Good Will Hunting” star has been, reportedly, dating Katie Cherry lately. Us Weekly reported that Ben and Katie have been together just a year after the actor finalized his divorce from Jennifer Garner.

It was claimed that Ben Affleck and Katie met via the private dating app called Raya a few months ago and clicked instantly. Now, the pair is said to be very much into each other. However, another tipster claimed that Ben and Katie’s relationship is nothing serious.

Though neither Ben nor Katie has not yet confirmed their real score as of this writing, close pals of the actor are, reportedly, concerned that the songstress’ “wild ways” might exacerbate the actor’s struggles with alcohol abuse. RadarOnline.com claimed that, before Ben fell off the wagon, he was seen throwing back drinks.

After enjoying the party, Ben Affleck and Katie Cherry, reportedly, moved on to a casino. “You could tell he was so out of it,” a source told the entertainment publication about Ben’s actions during the event. “He was clearly plastered,” it added.

IBTimes, previously, shared that Ben has, officially, returned to work after he was seen holding a script in hand on Tuesday, Nov. 5. However, TMZ released “disturbing” photos of the actor, looking “disheveled” and “exhausted.” At the time, the father of three kids –Violet, 13, Seraphina, 10, and Samuel, 7 -- sported a stained shirt and a pair of sweatpants. He was also sighted lighting up a cigarette and drinking iced coffee and a can of Coke Zero to energize himself.

Despite this, Matt Damon revealed to Entertainment Tonight that everything is, definitely, going well for Ben after his relapse last month. The “Jason Bourne” star said, during the interview, that his close pal is “looking great and he’s doing great.” He even revealed that they have been working on a project and reiterated that Ben is in a good state now.
