Best Buy's Top Black Friday Deals On All Things Apple: iPhone 12, AirPods And More

Black Friday is always a widely anticipated event, and this year is not any different. With the COVID-19 pandemic wreaking havoc on both American health and pockets, finding good deals online becomes even more desirable.

One of the brands that shoppers seem to be always on the lookout for is Apple, which introduced a new lineup earlier this month. We're already seeing a lot of Black Friday discounts on Apple Watches, AirPods and the iPhone 12, this year's piece de resistance from Tim Cook and co. For that big Apple buy, we suggest Best Buy. We've scoured its website for the niftiest deals we could find. Here are some of them. (Note: Prices are accurate up until the time of this article's posting.)

Beats Solo Pro More Matte Collection

Beats, which was co-founded in 2006 by music producer Dr. Dre but has been a subsidiary of Apple since 2014, launched this line late last year. This current iteration of the Beats Solo Pros still features its noise-cancelling on-ear technology, but now sleeked up with a cool matte finish that comes in Dark Blue, Light Blue and Red. A pair would usually go for $299, but BB's Black Friday deal slashes $130 from its retail price.

The iPhone 12

All the new iPhones in this year's lineup feature Super Retina XDR OLED displays for the first time, which Apple, thankfully, decided to not limit to its more expensive models.

iPhone 12 Mini - This 5.4-inch and 133-gram model is the smallest phone Apple has released in years. While compact, it shares the same software and hardware as its bigger siblings. Best Buy's Black Friday deal saves shoppers a total of $30 when purchased on a monthly payment scheme.

iPhone 12 - The lineup's middle child has a 6.1-inch display and weighs 162 grams. Like its siblings, it is splash, water and dust resistant, and has a dual 12MP camera system. For Black Friday, Best Buy offers the 64GB for $33.33 a month.

iPhone 12 Pro - As with the iPhone 11, the main difference between the 12 and 12 Pro models comes down to its photo capabilities as they are basically sized the same. The iPhone 12 Pro, like its Max version, features an advanced LiDAR sensor for depth perception.

iPhone 12 Pro Max - Finally, the most premium of the lineup is also its biggest, featuring a 6.7-inch display and the LiDAR sensor, a technology used by NASA on its Mars monitoring missions. It comes in Pacific Blue, Gold, Graphite and Silver, and is priced at $45.83 per month.

Apple Watch Series 6

The Apple Watch Series 6 is the latest in the brand's five-year old smartwatch line. It is similar to the Series 5 with a few notable exceptions, including health-related functions, a faster chip for better performance and infrared LEDs that can measure your blood oxygen level. Best Buy slashed $20 off its original price and can be purchased for $409 on Black Friday.

Apple HomePod mini

Apple’s new smart speaker, the $99 HomePod mini, is smaller and way cheaper than its older version. And, thanks to Apple’s work on Siri in the past few years, it can can do more than the first HomePod. New subscribers to Apple Music and Apple News+ who buy the HomePod mini can also get their first four months for free.

Apple AirPods

The most recent version of the AirPods features the new Apple H1 headphone chip, access to Siri by just using your voice and up to three hours of talk time on a single, wireless charge. Best Buy takes off $40 off its original price and offers it to Black Friday shoppers for $119.99.
