Wage increases in the United States recently have been some of the lowest ever recorded, and household income has barely changed for Americans since the 1990s. The U.S. Federal Reserve has been promising a stronger economy since the recession, but many businesses and workers are still waiting for these promises to be fulfilled.

But some job areas are bucking the trend of low pay increases. Glassdoor, a website that allows workers to review their places of employment, released a list Tuesday of the 20 jobs receiving the biggest pay increases over the past year, with business systems analysts seeing their pay increase the most in the past year.

Glassdoor looked at job titles on its website that had at least 500 salary reports shared by employees in the U.S. The reports included base pay, tips, commissions and bonuses.

From Glassdoor, here are the 20 jobs with the highest pay increases from 2014 to 2015. See the entire report at Glassdoor.com. All of the recorded increases are above the national average of 2.2 percent, according to the site.
