Bethenny Frankel is offering some words of wisdom to Kanye West following his social media rants about estranged wife Kim Kardashian and her new beau Pete Davidson.

During Tuesday's episode of her podcast "Just B with Bethenny Frankel," the "Real Housewives of New York City" alum, who went through a public eight-year divorce, advised the rapper to halt his online attacks amid his separation from Kardashian.

"My advice to Kanye would be: You have to stay the course. You cannot go rogue and take matters into your own hands when it comes to the divorce and custody process. It will only hurt you," Frankel was quoted by Page Six as saying.

"Kanye, in particular, he's talking into the court of public opinion instead of talking to the court of the custody of your children," she added.

The Bravo star went on to say that it is not beneficial for West to continue making their family matters public instead of keeping them private.

Frankel continued to give West advice on her Instagram account, where she shared a clip of the podcast episode.

In the caption, the reality star warned the Grammy winner that he "cannot play to the court of public opinion and avoid the court of law" as she talked about the "long and arduous" process of finalizing child custody and divorce.

Frankel also told West that he "cannot beat the system" and "PR [his] way out of it" as judges do not appreciate "sideshows and games."

Frankel pointed out that the stakes are particularly "high" in West and Kardashian's divorce as they have four children: North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2.

"Like a terrible storm or a personal loss, you simply must face challenges head-on no matter how emotionally challenging that may be. Faith, hope, patience, will and survival are the means to survive something so difficult," she wrote, adding, "You cannot play games. Anything can happen in a courtroom."

Speaking from experience, Frankel said on her podcast that relationships don't always work out even if they started strong.

"Kim and Kanye were married for several years. He really adored her. They had this beautiful family and this great life and things then unraveled," she said.

Kardashian filed for divorce from West in February 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage. She has moved on with Pete Davidson, while the Yeezy founder has been linked to several women, including Julia Fox, since their separation.

Meanwhile, Frankel was previously married to Jason Hoppy, with their 2010 nuptials being documented on "Bethenny Getting Married." They welcomed daughter Bryn but split after less than three years of marriage.

They were embroiled in a custody and divorce battle for years before their split was finalized and she was granted full custody of their 11-year-old daughter in 2021.

"I have spent millions of dollars, millions of tears. I have had a horrific, hall of fame, nightmare divorce," Frankel said in a previous episode of her podcast.

Frankel's advice came on the same day West wiped his Instagram account following a days-long tirade against Davidson and after sharing screenshots of messages he allegedly received from Kardashian and her boyfriend.

In a new post Tuesday, the rapper apologized for venting about his troubles with Kardashian on the social media platform, admitting, "I know sharing screenshots was jarring and came off as harassing Kim."

West added that he was taking accountability for his actions and was "working on [his] communication."
