Brett and Winston are up for eviction on "Big Brother." Will Sam user her power in the game to save one of them from eviction? CBS

“Big Brother” is about to send another Season 20 houseguest packing this week. During the last installment of the CBS series, viewers saw new Head of Household Scottie nominate Brett and Winston, also known as “The Bros,” for eviction. Wednesday’s episode will follow-up on his nominations.

While viewers have yet to see the Power of Veto competition play out, live feed viewers already know that Scottie won the POV and kept his nominations the same on Monday. This means Winston and Brett were not taken off the block and are each eligible for eviction on Thursday's live episode. However, there is someone in the game that can help save them.

Sam famously won the first Power App of the season from the BB App Store. Her Bonus Life allows her to give one houseguest the chance to return to the game if evicted. This is the last week Sam can use her app voluntarily. Next week, the fourth evicted houseguest will immediately be given the option to play in a competition and potentially return to the game.

With this being Sam’s last chance to gift her power, she has discussed the idea of using it. But is she willing to part with it to save Brett or Winston?

Big Brother Network reports that on Friday night, Sam said she would only user her Power App on herself, Scottie, Tyler, Kaycee or Kaitlyn. This is far from the only time her power has been discussed by the house in recent days.

On Monday, Scottie told Faysal he is aware of Sam’s power, but she doesn’t know that yet. He was heard saying he needs to speak to Sam before Thursday and claimed the diary room could “convince” her to use her power. When Scottie talked to Bayleigh about Sam’s power they wondered if Brett knows about it and if he tried to strike a deal with Sam. Bayleigh, however, said she doesn’t think Sam would use it on Brett.

That same day, Sam opened up about her power to Bayleigh. She said she didn’t intend on using the power this week, saying she can’t trust people in the game. She wouldn’t tell Bayleigh when it expires, but did tell her it could do something good for someone of her choosing.

Tyler later told Sam to tell the house her power expires this week and she agreed.

This isn’t the first time Sam discussed the idea of using her power to save another houseguest. Ahead of Swaggy’s eviction, she told Tyler she would use the Power App on him, if need be.
